Liquid Cold Plates
Our liquid cold plates are a customized product based on customer’s sketches and needs.
Liquid cold plates are used to satisfy cooling requirements in a wide variety of products and applications. These include laser applications, electronics, medical equipment and more.
The plate itself can be made of aluminum or other materials of your choice. The tubing options are copper, stainless steel or other.
We work with our customers to customize the shape and size of your plate depending on your specific needs.
We have other options to increase the capacity of heat removal:
- Milling (CNC machining) sealed with a cover during the brazing process
- Two part liquid cold plates with an inner fin structure and an upper cover sealed with brazing.
These two processes provide the option to create an inner coating with nickel to prevent corrosion if the liquid is corrosive or with deionized water.
All of our liquid cold plates are thoroughly cleaned and undergo pressure testing.
