Thermogym specializes in designing and manufacturing complete cooling systems. We provide support to our customers from the planning stage to serial production.

Thermogym specializes in creating cooling systems specifically for deionized water and other kinds of corrosive liquids. Our complete cooling systems are divided into 3 families:

1. Liquid to air (ambient system) – Thermogym specializes in designing and manufacturing liquid to air or deionized water to air, custom made systems. This is an ideal solution for applications that require water cooling up to 5 degrees C (41 F) above ambient temperature. We can support our customers in all of the developmental stages including thermal calculations and mechanical design. We can help our customers define their capacity MTBF, communication, noise level and mounting options. Our liquid to air cooling system can remove between 50 Watts to 50 Kilowatts of heat. Our experienced team of engineers can help you create the most cost effective liquid to air cooling unit.
2. Chillers (DX- Direct Expansion) – Thermogym has the knowledge and capabilities to create a custom made chiller for deionized water or other corrosive liquids with capacity ranging from 50 Watts up to 75 Kilowatts. We can regulate the temperature of the fluid at an accuracy of 0.1 degree Celsius. All of our chillers are built under the medical ISO 13485-2016. Thermogym can thermally and mechanically support all of the development stages. Our chillers can be stand alone or fully integrated into customer’s machines. We can design our chillers for full integration to customer’s machines including all mounting aspects. We can support all of your specific requirements including high efficiency, small dimensions, current and voltage, all communication options and all types of alarms.
3. Tec chiller (Peltier)- Thermogym has the capability to perform thermal analysis and mechanical designs to build cost effective tec chiller units. Our tec chiller units are an ideal solution to achieve high accuracy temperature regulations that can be very small and very quiet. We can design our tec chillers for full integration with customer’s machines including all mounting aspects.
