Liquid – Liquid

Have you ever faced the challenge of cooling two liquids or gases under high temperatures, pressures, or corrosive conditions.

There are many scenarios where you are forced to cool one fluid with another fluid, but you cannot use brazed plate.

Thermogym has developed the technology to calculate and to produce our very special dual fluid coil.

Liquid one is in a totally separate loop from liquid 2.

So if you want to cool, say high pressure steam, with compressed nitrogen, you can run the nitrogen in one circuit, and the steam in the other.  The heat is transferred by our proprietary dense pattern of tubes and fins to assure the best heat transfer.

Using special steels we are able to use up to 300 bar,  800C, and most corrosive liquids.  AS these can be made small they are perfect for testing labs and equipment, but we can size these up to just about any size.

So if you have two fluids that need special cooling, with zero risk of cross contamination, we can calculate a unit for you. See below picture.

It may be bigger and less efficient by size than a bphe, but it does the job that others cannot.
